Our client was a retiree who downsized from a large 4-bedroom house in Dee Why to a 2-bedroom apartment on the lower North Shore. Her daughter was referred to me from another client and was living in Seoul, so was unable to assist her mother. She asked that I help her navigate the property market with our full property search. The apartment had distant views to the Opera House, good-sized balcony, decent sized bathrooms, a separate laundry, and LUG. All of which fulfilled her requirements. The property was being sold with a seven-month tenancy, which was not ideal, HighSpec negotiated to have the tenant vacate the property and for the current vendor to pay any costs involved. We also negotiated a longer settlement time with a simultaneous settlement, so that our client could move from one property to the next. This was a great result and our client was extremely happy that the search only took 6 weeks.
